Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Photo Together App ("we", "the App") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and to complying with all applicable laws, including reporting obligations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement:
- Sharing, soliciting, possessing, or producing CSAE material in any form.
- Grooming, sexualized communication with minors, or any conduct that endangers a child.
- Impersonating a minor, or facilitating contact between adults and minors for harmful purposes.
- Sharing content that sexualizes minors, including realistic illustrations or AI-generated material.
3. How We Prevent CSAE
- Account verification: Account creation requires a verified email address, and we bind one identity per device.
- Terms of Service: Users must accept our policies prohibiting CSAE before using the App.
- In-app reporting: Every message can be reported by long-pressing it and choosing Report to admin. Reports reach our moderation team directly and include the sender's identity.
- Blocking: Any user can block another user at any time, which removes them from shared albums and prevents future contact.
- Server-side cooperation: Although photo and message content is transferred peer-to-peer and is not stored on our servers, account-level metadata can be reviewed and frozen in response to verified reports or law-enforcement requests.
4. How to Report
If you encounter CSAE material or suspect a child is being harmed, please report it immediately using one of the following channels:
- In the App: Long-press the offending message inside any album and choose Report to admin.
- By email: theblackdog739@gmail.com with subject line "CSAE Report".
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, you may also report directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org.
5. What We Do With Reports
- Reports are reviewed promptly, typically within 72 hours.
- Confirmed CSAE content and associated account metadata are preserved for law enforcement.
- Where required by law, confirmed CSAE incidents are reported to NCMEC.
- Offending accounts are permanently banned and the device is blacklisted from re-registering.
- Affected users are notified of the action taken, where appropriate.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate with valid legal requests from law-enforcement authorities. Requests should be sent to the contact email below.
